Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls will host a Grand Opening event on April 14 to celebrate its newest location in Scottsdale, Arizona. At the event, Grand Opening attendees may enjoy Mason’s authentic New England-style lobster rolls and other offerings, kicking off at 11 a.m. Guests will also receive their choice of a free side of chips, fries or coleslaw with the purchase of a lobster roll throughout the Grand Opening week, from April 14 to April 21. Additionally, for the remainder of April, during Happy Hour from 5-7 p.m., guests will receive a beverage of their choice with the purchase of any lobster roll.
Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls has been rapidly expanding since opening its flagship Annapolis, Md., location in 2014. The fast-casual franchise has made lobster-lovers out of seafood fans by opening additional locations in Delaware, Florida, Minnesota, North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington, D.C., Texas, Virginia, and Colorado. The new restaurant in Scottsdale is located at 15257 N. Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85254.
“Mason’s classic New England lobster rolls, made with authentic, sustainably sourced Maine lobster, and other Maine favorites have been incredibly popular at other locations across the country, and we can’t wait to have them right here in Scottsdale,” said Andrea Clinton, franchise owner. “We are excited to share Mason’s lobster rolls with the community, and we know lobster aficionados and novices in Scottsdale are going to love it.”
Chad Dodd and Andrea Clinton own the Scottsdale location together. Chad grew up in Maine and has naturally been a lobster-lover. Andrea and Chad have always wanted to bring delicious, authentic lobster rolls to the desert, and a recent trip to Maine rekindled their desire. In search of the perfect concept, they met with Mason’s founder Dan Beck and instantly thought Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls would be the best concept to bring to the prestigious Scottsdale Quarter.
