SEATTLE
It’s not every day that a new chain comes to Seattle, especially when it’s one that you might not be so familiar with. Popular Maryland seafood chain, Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls is opening its very first West Coast location in the heart of Seattle. Here’s what to know.
Mason’s began in Annapolis, Maryland, in 2014. And while they began in Maryland, the secret sauce of this chain is actually thanks to the style of lobster roll that’s popular in Maine. Mason’s specializes in New England lobster rolls served with big, hearty chunks of fresh Maine lobster, mayo, and lemon butter.
For a city that loves seafood as much as our own, Mason’s is almost guaranteed to be a hit. Best of all, you don’t have to wait long to get your hands on these tasty rolls. The chain’s new Seattle location opens on August 4th in downtown Seattle.
The location is just a short walk from Pike Place Market and also happens to be across from the Seattle Art Museum. So when it opens you can add a stop to Mason’s to your to do list.
